We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve PromptShip, including authentication, project storage, AI-assisted features, support, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage and improve the service.

When you use AI features, the content you submit may be sent to AI service providers so they can generate responses on our behalf.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information, confidential secrets, credentials, or regulated data unless you have confirmed the service is appropriate for that use.

We share information with service providers that help us operate PromptShip, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, support, payment, and AI infrastructure providers.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy receives the customer and transaction information needed to process payments, calculate taxes, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions. PromptShip does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

You may delete project content or request account-related deletion where supported by the service and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

You may update account information, manage project content, and control certain product settings from within the app where those controls are available.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information.

PromptShip is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
