By accessing or using PromptShip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

PromptShip helps users turn product context into execution-ready prompts and related project artifacts. You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing outputs before using them.

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or submit harmful code, malware, or abusive content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to PromptShip. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

The service may generate suggestions, prompts, diagrams, summaries, and other outputs using automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for validating outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.

Features, usage limits, and availability may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Paid PromptShip subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. Prices, applicable taxes, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed during checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period.

Usage allowances reset as described in the service and do not represent stored monetary value. Unused allowances do not roll over unless PromptShip expressly states otherwise.

PromptShip, including its software, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute it except as allowed by law.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.

Your continued use of PromptShip after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
